Free firmware that turns the M-VAVE FM-1 into a machine for dark ambient, dungeon synth and deathdream.
INSTALL IN A MINUTE
Back up first. Open the editor, connect the FM-1 and press BACKUP.
Open the FM-1 Firmware Hub in Chrome or Edge and connect your FM-1 over USB.
Pick GR!MM and press install. Your sounds and samples stay when you update.
Unofficial firmware, not made or supported by M-VAVE. Install at your own risk. You can always go back to the stock firmware through the Firmware Hub.

HOLD FX + BLACK KEY
A track plays by itself (GENERATE), always in key.

Freeze, reverb and echo throws, tape stop, reverse, filter sweeps, stutter.

One key plays a whole chord.
